All the soul classics from The Commitments movie and multi-million selling soundtrack albums can be heard live in concert at Victorial Park on Friday 8 July, 2011.

This show consists of 2 hours of sizzling soul music with original cast members guitarist Kenneth McCluskey and drummer Dick Massey plus their amazing 7 piece band.

Songs include Mustang Sally, Chain Of Fools, Try A Little Tenderness, Take Me To The River & In The Midnight Hour.

In 2005 The Stars From The Commitments were invited to perform in Capitol Hill, Washington DC for US President George W Bush and Irish Taioiseach Bertie Ahern to celebrate St Patrick’s Day.

The Stars From The Commitments with Dublin’s finest mix of gritty soul and irresistible Irish charm have performed over 2500 Shows to millions of people all over the world.

On many occasions the band have performed with soul legends such as BB King, Ben E King, Sam Moore, Steve Cropper and the late James Brown and Wilson Pickett.
